About this project
The idea of this project is to bring together all of the Stone Roses content that’s currently on the web, in one place. Videos, images, blog posts and so on. Plus, you can add your own personal memorabilia, in the form of words, pictures or video.
Any site member can then vote for any piece of content- these votes will create a Top 20 chart, which will come to represent the most popular Stone Roses memories that exist online.
How it works
The site scrapes data from various sources (YouTube, Twitter, Flickr and so on), looks for Stone Roses content, and then aggregates anything it finds, back here.
Or, if you prefer, 'by magic'.
How to use it
In addition to the automatically aggregated content, any site member can contribute their own material by uploading photos direct, or pointing us to videos we might have missed. Or, just adding your own recollections of the time, and what The Stone Roses meant to you.
We've included a gig archive of all the shows that took place around the original release of the The Stone Roses album, so if you have images, videos, or just written memories of a particular show, you can add those to the archive.
